Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.This position is responsible for the receipt, maintenance, and the release of original title, contracts, and title applications for DriveTime and all 3rd party entities.Verify and service titles, distribute documents to correct departments, and ultimately the return of the documents to the customer or outside vendor at the time the loan is completedReview and update account information as it pertains to actions taken surrounding document movementComplete tasks on assigned accounts in a timely manner to avoid lien loss, provide excellent customer service and adhere to SLAsMaintain on-site and off-site document storageEnsure guidelines for securitization are consistently being metShipping and tracking of documentsContact with outside parties to gain supporting information for title inquiriesConduct phone and/or email conversations directly with DMV, title vendors, customers, and other third parties as applicableOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (The Good Stuff) Clear, concise, and professional written and oral communications and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational skills, and ability to maintain a consistent and positive demeanor in a fast-paced work environmentEffective time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task to ensure the achievement of assigned performance objectivesResearch state and county guidelines and policies about title inquiriesAbility to prioritize and multi-task to ensure the achievement of assigned performance objectives.Ability to effectively apply professional acumen to favorably resolve issues escalated from internal and external customersAbility to drive departmental compliance with all regulatory requirementsSelf-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities; ability to self-startAbility to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive mannerDemonstrate problem solver skills, and ability to utilize available resourcesRegular and predictable attendanceRequirements (a.k.a.
