About the job System Test leadLocation: RemoteClient: State of OhioRate : $36Duration : 3+MonthsRemote - Equipment is able to be shipped, however manager will consider local candidates first.1. Serve as System Test lead for major applications; Define, plan, design and execute tests; Prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher-level managers2. Research and review system design and technical documentation in order to develop detailed system test estimate, design and planning documents3. Develop and maintain: requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios and manual and automated test scripts4. Execute manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of tests5. Develop automated test scripts and execute6. Prepare and manage system test data7. Document and communicate test status and results; Track, report and validate defects and work with the team on resolution8. Prepare formal written test estimates9. Deliver adhoc written and oral presentations related to system testing;10. Effective communication with peers and managers.11. Attend project/scrum meetings and debrief management and team members on meeting content12. Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations/Show & Tell13. Ability to work in both agile and waterfall Methodologies.14. Ability to generate batch reports and communicate with the team15. Ability to interact with Development team and Middleware team to resolve the batch issues.Required Skills/Experience:1. Minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline2. Minimum of four (4) years experience serving as a system test lead for a large complex JAVA application or CRM Solution like Salesforce3. Minimum of seven (7) years experience testing to include (test planning, test development (test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution) for large, complex multi-platform applications.4. Minimum of six (6) years experience using HP/Microfocus Test Tools (i.e. ALM/ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing) & Rational Performance Tester.5. Minimum of four (4) years experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office and other tool sets.6. Minimum of seven (7) years experience using database query tools and writing SQL. (i.e. Toad, AQT, etc.)7. Minimum of 1 year experience in Agile Methodology/Testing.8. Minimum of 3 years experience analyzing and executing Mainframe and Control-M/EM batch processing jobs9. Minimum of 1 year experience in testing webservices using SOAP/REST or any related tool.10. Minimum of 1 year experience using GIT, Nexus, & Jenkins for Continuous Testing11. Minimum of 1 year experience in Mobile Testing (iOS, Android)12. Minimum of 1 year experience in Security Testing13. Research & Innovation: Proof of ConceptsPreferred SkillsExperience testing applications in Salesforce platform.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work on multiple projects
