Join Our Team Dedicated To Preserving And Protecting Texas Waters This position is responsible for assisting the compliance coordinator with administrative duties related to compliance requirements. This position may also assist with administrative duties required by the Administrative Assistant, operations and/or maintenance teams. This is a full-time summer internship (on-site) that provides hands-on experience in data gathering, data analysis, and administrative assistance with filing digital and hard copies. Reports to Facility Manager. Typical Duties And Responsibilities Assist in data gathering, data analysis, and administrative assistance with filing digital and hard copies related to environmental compliance. Assist with administrative duties required by the Administrative Assistant, operations and/or maintenance team. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook. Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities. Knowledge and experience operating general office equipment. Education, Certification, And Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Class "C" Texas Driver's license. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods while performing various assigned task. Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, squat, and twist body while performing filing or storing office supplies. Ability to lift storage boxes and supplies weighing up to 40 lbs. Ability to grasp with hands and manipulate. Work is conducted primarily indoors. Work involves performing job duties under tight deadlines. Salary Range $11.95 - $15.38
