Office Coordinator
The Ford Agency is partnering with a prestigious DC law firm in their search for a professional and engaging Office Coordinator to support facilities, conference room management, and front office operations. Our client is seeking a poised individual who will embody exceptional client service and attention to detail. The Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for facilities related requests and vendors, manage conference room logistics, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Washington, DC office. This is a temporary position and available immediately!Responsibilities Include:Serve as the first point of contact for facilities and outside vendor requestsManage scheduling and logistics for meetings and conference spaces, including videoconference coordinationMaintain the inventory and appearance of conference rooms, pantries, office supplies, and lobby areasHandle courier requests, mail distribution, and shipping/receivingCoordinate with building management and vendors to ensure smooth daily operationsProvide back-up phone coverage and assist with office tours and special projects Qualifications Include:2+ years of facilities or office coordination experience; professional services environment preferredProficiency in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProfessional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skillsDiscretion, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential informationCandidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
