Social Services Coordinator

St. Anne's Retirement Community is searching for an energetic, dedicated, team-oriented and caring individual to join our Social Services team. The primary responsibilities of this position is to maintain and enhance the quality of life of the residents we serve. Other job responsibilities include counseling residents and families, coordinating services, promoting the highest level of resident independence as well as ensuring compliance with resident rights. Qualified candidates need to posses a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field. Familiarity with long-term care regulations is preferred.
