Vacation Home Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vacation Home Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of vacation rental properties to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vacation homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to company standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials for each property Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally and promptly Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry management Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures related to sanitation and chemical handling Experience with housekeeper management or hospitality industry is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties efficiently Good physical stamina with the ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to multiple vacation homes Join our team if you are passionate about creating clean, welcoming environments for guests while demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
