About the RoleAs a Scrum Master, you will lead multiple Scrum teams and serve as a champion of Agile practices across the organization. You'll facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams toward self-organization, and help build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead multiple Scrum teams using Agile methodologies in sprint or Kanban environmentsFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectivesCoach teams and the broader organization on Scrum practices, fostering a culture of real value deliverySupport Product Owners with backlog management, scope, stakeholder requests, and priority settingBuild and maintain reports for velocity, burndown, capacity, and project planning to provide ongoing insightsDrive story point estimation, roadmap adjustments, quarterly planning, and cross-functional collaborationResolve conflicts, remove impediments, and reduce context switching to accelerate team performanceProvide support within planning and reporting tools such as JiraFoster a team culture grounded in commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courageWhat We're Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Product Owner role within a software development environmentHands-on experience with JiraProven experience coaching teams new to Agile and ScrumSkills & Abilities Excellent communication, active listening, and servant leadership skillsDeep knowledge of Scrum elements and artifacts — user stories, sprints, kanban boards, backlog refinement, velocity, definition of done, and moreStrong conflict resolution skills with the ability to think quickly and act calmly under pressureOutstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneouslyHighly flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentsEmpathetic coach who puts people first and understands team dynamicsAbility to lead Agile transformation efforts while honoring team culture, norms, and valuesPowered by JazzHR
