You’ll connect their expert sales team with potential clients, setting the stage for face-to-face meetings that drive business growth. This role offers a unique blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to work remotely while collaborating with a dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about sales, have a talent for building rapport quickly, and thrive in a quality-focused environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to a curated list of 7,000+ potential clients Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies Schedule face-to-face appointments for the sales team, focusing on quality leads Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with call outcomes and appointment details Gradually increase appointment setting targets, starting with one per week Represent the company’s values and maintain professionalism in all interactions Adapt to performance-based incentives as they are implemented Collaborate remotely with five salespeople across different geographical areas Requirements Proven track record in B2B appointment setting or cold calling Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivated with strong time management abilities Proficiency with CRM systems and internet-based phone systems Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection Availability to work part-time hours, specifically 10 AM to 2 PM Eastern Time Ability to understand and articulate the value of building and property maintenance services Commitment to quality over quantity, aligning with the company’s core values Adaptability to gradually increasing targets and performance-based incentives Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_14821_JOB
