Aggregates Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Support daily plant operations through safe and efficient material handling. Operate mobile and plant equipment as assigned to maintain production flow. Assist with housekeeping, cleanup, and general site maintenance. Perform basic inspections and report equipment or safety concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow established procedures. Capacity to operate equipment and tools used in aggregate production. Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform physical tasks in varied outdoor conditions. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
