Sr. Account Executive

ROLE SUMMARYWe are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive expansion within institutional financial services markets. This role owns the full sales cycle, including cold outreach, pipeline development, deal management, and contract negotiation, with a focus on banks, broker‐dealers, RIAs, and wealth management firms.This is a high‐impact position supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic, outbound‐oriented seller with strong communication skills and a desire to build and scale within a collaborative, high‐performing team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the sales pipeline end‐to‐end by prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and closing new business with financial institutions, including banks, broker‐dealers, RIAs, and wealth managers through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospectingDevelop and execute tailored sales strategies to exceed revenue and growth targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, wealth managers, operations leaders, and compliance stakeholders by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands business challenges before presenting solutionsEstablish credibility as a subject‐matter expert on annuities, life insurance, and financial technology trends, effectively differentiating solutions in competitive sales cyclesNavigate complex, multi‐stakeholder decision processes while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and activity trackingPartner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure strong alignment and qualification throughout the sales processRepresent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, roundtables, and other events as needed to close new business and expand market presenceREQUIREMENTSProven outbound hunter with the ability to build a pipeline from zero and thrive in environments requiring cold outreach, persistence, and relationship development without warm lead handoffsExperience selling technology, data, or SaaS‐based solutions (preferred but not required)Familiarity with financial services environments, including asset management, fixed income, portfolio management, and wealth management ecosystemsDemonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets within long, complex sales cyclesExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to non‐technical and executive audiences
