Appliance Customer Service Representative (Csr)We are searching for an Appliance CSR who can work with our team and take initiative independently of direct supervision. We value the customer service aspect of your role and provide extensive on-site training. Duties/Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Establish relationships with customers on the phone, in-store, or electronically by courteously and professionally resolving their service needs. Schedule Service Appointments: Schedule technicians to repair appliances and provide routine maintenance. Help Customers with Appliance Parts: Assist customers by researching and selling the parts they need to maintain and repair their appliances. Support Appliance Technicians: Facilitate efficient service by optimizing schedules; and ordering, receiving, and staging parts for jobs. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other CSRs, service technicians, and sales team members. Required Skills/Abilities: Professional demeanor and helpful attitude. Detail-oriented and organized. Willingness to learn and improve. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve problems and collaborate.
