This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable renewable energy company.An Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License is required, but NCW will assist with reciprocity for approved states and reimburse applicable fees.Job Duties• Perform electrical work on utility-scale solar projects• Install electrical systems, wiring, and components• Assist with solar panel installation (panel handling required)• Follow all jobsite safety standards and proceduresRequirements• Active Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License (or eligible for reciprocity)• Solar experience preferred but not required• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and installing panels• Must have proper PPE• Reliable, safety-oriented, and able to work in outdoor conditionsWhat We Offer• $55/hour + $100/day per diem• Per diem paid 7 days if full schedule is completed• Long-term project opportunity• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance• Paid Holidays• 401(k) & Retirement OptionsAbout UsAt NCW, we do our best to provide the brightest talent to the best companies across the country.
