Role Description
PPM is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. The Compliance Coordinator will oversee regulatory compliance efforts, conduct audits, analyze data, and ensure adherence to industry standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating compliance records, developing training programs, and actively supporting stakeholders through clear communication. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure all processes align with legal and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance with DOB, HPD, FDNY, and Filings
Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying solutions and ensuring adherence to policies
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively
Experience in Training staff on compliance policies and procedures
Additional qualifications, such as project management proficiency and familiarity with property management software, are advantageous
Assist in preparing compliance reports for boards and ownership
Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or a related field preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
