We're looking for a reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to be an essential part of our team, delivering excellent service and embodying our company values. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting, have operated a box truck or van that does not require a CDL, as well as a clean driving record.Job Type: First Shift -Full-time, Monday to FridayPay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourPlease note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.Drive a box truck or van, following all safety procedures per company policyKeep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveriesBe proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsProvide quality customer servicePull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving dutiesBack up other drivers routes when neededRecognize damaged product at any point in the process and take appropriate actionOperate a forklift or other warehouse machineryAll other duties as assignedValid driver's license and a clean driving recordMust be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical cardDemonstrated ability to provide quality customer serviceAbility to follow direction and safe operating proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basisForklift experience is highly preferredWork on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of timeWilling to work overtime as neededMinimum of 1 year of satisfactory driving experience, preferably with box trucksBenefits:401(k)Medical-Dental-Vision insurance available on your first dayLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offEmployee referral programOpportunities for growth within the companyAt Rheem, we engineer products for life.
