Not specified at the moment.Reminder if travel is more than 3 months at a time Dispatch can be used, all other travel should follow the Client Travel Expense Policy - NoMust Haves:Scanning experienceMeasurement ArmPolyworksHSD with 4-5 years of required metrology experience OR Engineering Degree Graduate with Coop experience.Utilizing Polyworks software with Blue light/ATOS/Faro operation experience (Polyworks software is a must have)The primary responsibility of this role is to support Stamping PE by measuring panels and dies using contact/non-contact measurement systems such as Atos scanners, Hexagon Absolute arm, Argus, and hand tool measurement, while utilizing Polyworks for analyzing data outputReporting to the Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the Stamping department’s objective to ensure die and panel quality for current and future models.What you will be doing:Atos ScannersHexagon measurement ArmsReports and color maps using Polyworks and WinCMM of checking fixturesMeasurements of stamping dies, identify gaps to target.Measurements of A class, underbody, chassis stamping panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability.Measurements for PxP and nominal fit vehicle analysis, including digital PxP.Technical expertise to analyze measurement data and make appropriate recommendations to Stamping PE and D/M on next steps.Pre-production die development panel forming predictability utilizing ARGUS analysisQualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skillsScanning experienceMeasurementArm PolyworksHSD with 4-5 years of required metrology experience OR Eng Degree Graduate with Coop experience.
