Would prefer that they've spent some time in a NOC (II-III level engineer). Lots of wireless experience, troubleshooting, network is already existing, they won't be doing much from scratch but should have those tools in case they need it. 100% Cisco shop.Run SDWAN—preferable but not required. On-prem, wireless controllers, AD. Probably around 1000 devices, all inclusive. Route/Switch. Understanding of how Firewalls work. Wireless Certificate Servers.
