This role requires experience across multiple welding processes and the ability to produce high-quality welds on pipe, structural, and custom fabrication projects while meeting strict code and inspection standards.If you are a versatile welder with strong technical skills and the ability to pass advanced weld testing, this Hand Welder opportunity offers strong long-term potential.Required Experience & Skills• Proven experience with multiple welding processes REQUIRED• Proficiency with Stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Flux Core (FCAW)• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, WPS documentation, and fabrication drawings• Experience with pipe welding, structural welding, and fabrication work• Ability to pass all required weld qualification tests• Strong attention to weld quality, penetration, appearance, and code compliance• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production fabrication environment• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are requiredEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Perform welding using SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW processes• Complete pipe welding, structural welding, and custom fabrication assignments• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, technical specifications, and work instructions• Set up and operate welding equipment according to WPS and project requirements• Maintain high standards for weld integrity, appearance, and inspection readiness• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance• Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards• Support fabrication schedules and production deadlines• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentWeld Test RequirementsCandidates must successfully complete:• 2G MIG & Flux Core Test (Radiographed + Bend Tested)• 2G Stick Test (Radiographed)• 3G Vertical Uphill TIG Test (Radiographed / Code Requirement)Work Environment• Industrial fabrication / welding shop environment• Exposure to welding equipment, sparks, heat, heavy steel materials, grinders, and fabrication machinery• Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance• Quality-driven production environment with strict welding standardsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity• Competitive pay at $24-$28 per hour based on experience• Stable Monday-Friday day shift schedule• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential• Great fit for experienced multi-process welders• Challenging, high-skill welding work in a fabrication environmentReady to Apply?Apply online or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St. Tulsa, OK 74120Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 4 PM
