This role blends clinical care, patient interaction, and operational support in a specialty cardiology setting.You will help coordinate patient flow, perform clinical tasks, and support providers during exams and procedures. This role provides exposure to specialty cardiac care and opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical SupportRoom patients and coordinate patient flow throughout the clinicRecord medical histories, vital signs, and other clinical informationAssist providers during exams and treatmentsAdminister injections and collect specimens as neededClinic OperationsPrepare exam rooms and clean medical instruments between patientsMaintain and restock medical suppliesSupport efficient patient scheduling and clinic workflowPatient Communication & ComplianceAnswer patient questions and provide clear instructionsMaintain accurate documentation in the EMRAdhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards at all timesWhat You'll Need to SucceedMinimum QualificationsGraduation from an accredited Medical Assistant programActive Washington State Medical Assistant Certification (required upon hire)Strong communication and patient care skillsAbility to work efficiently in a team-based clinical environmentPreferred Qualifications1 year of healthcare experience (preferred but not required)Experience in outpatient or specialty care settingsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekShift: 8-hour shifts, Monday–FridayLocation: Olympia Clinic 3920 Capital Mall Dr SW, Suite 203, Olympia, WA 98502Setting: Outpatient cardiology clinicPay & BenefitsCardiac Study Center / Pulse Heart Institute offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement benefitsTuition AssistancePaid time offCompetitive compensationProfessional growth opportunitiesEntry-Level Pay: $22.96/hourPay Range: $22.96 – $41.61/hourCompensation is determined based on experience, skills, certifications, and education, consistent with internal equity and pay transparency requirements.Join Our Team!
