At Mann Law Firm, your goals and trust are at the core of our commitment to excellence.Base Salary$140,000 - $160,000Bonus Structure: Annual performance-based bonus / Origination fee sharing / Billable hour threshold bonuses.Benefits: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.Hybrid/Remote work flexibility.Professional development budget (CLE credits, bar dues, and memberships).Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Needham Heights, MA, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Senior Attorney will oversee and handle a range of legal cases, including advising clients, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court and other legal proceedings. The attorney will also collaborate with team members, provide mentorship, and ensure compliance with legal standards.QualificationsExpertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law with a deep understanding of case management and litigation processesProven ability to provide accurate and sound Legal Advice to clients on a variety of legal mattersStrong Research and analytical skills to evaluate and interpret legal issues effectivelyProficiency in Negotiation and conflict resolution with a client-focused approachJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Massachusetts BarMinimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in one or more of the firm's practice areasExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with legal research software and case management toolsAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment while managing a caseload independently
