Key Responsibilities
Lead land development projects from concept through completion
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and scopes
Coordinate with internal teams (civil, surveying, planning, environmental)
Mentor junior staff and support team development
Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
Contribute to business development and client growth
Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
5–10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience
Proven project and team management experience
Strong knowledge of site design, grading, drainage, and utilities
Experience with budgeting, proposals, and project financials
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Excellent communication and leadership skills
