Ensure that sanitation in all food outlets meets and/or exceeds health department and OSHA guidelines. This includes but is not limited to china, glassware, silverware, trashcans, trash dumpsters, pots & pans.Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company and OSHA standards, in the dish and pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms and trash dock.Remove trash from outlets to refuge dumpster.Ensure the proper stocking and restocking of all food line china and utensils before, during and after the restaurant hours of operation.Proper cleaning of dish sanitation equipment.Maintains valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit and TIPS certifications.Bring Us Your Best. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, MSDS sheets, operating & maintenance instructions, and Safety Manual. Ability to communicate effectively in English.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to differentiate between the different patterns of china, glassware and silverware.The team member must frequently lift up to 25 pounds. The team member will be required to push fully loaded dish carts weighing in excess of 200 pounds. The team member will be required to stand for long periods. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to wet, hot, humid conditions and vibration. The team member may be exposed to temperatures that range from 0 degrees to 110 degrees. The team member may be required to work in small confined areas during their shift.
