Operations Associate
*Position Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Team Administrator to support our field operations in the wind energy sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel extensively. While prior experience in the wind industry is preferred, it is not required. This role will work closely with experienced composite technicians to perform minor blade repairs and gain hands-on experience in composite materials and field operations. The Field Team Admin role requires 24/7 on the road travel as the jobs you will complete are spread throughout the US.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist in the rigging and de-rigging of suspended platforms
* Support structural repairs on internal and external blade surfaces
* Operate tagline systems and power tools safely and effectively
* Provide administrative support submitting time sheets, and repair details
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Adherent to all safety protocols and quality standards
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management
*Qualifications*
Education & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1–2 years of wind industry experience preferred but not mandatory
* Must have strong knowledge and experience with using computers, sending emails and navigating the internet
* Ability to climb and lift objects over 50lbs
Licenses & Certifications:
* Valid driver’s license required
* Experience towing trailers 16’ or longer is a plus
* Must pass a drug screening and background check
Skills & Competencies:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Familiarity with power tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, Dremel)
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
