A Day in Your Life at MKS:As Assembler 2, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Make set-ups and adjustments, holding tolerances to written instructions and established drawings. May be responsible for testing equipment and products. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Manufacturing and Operations.You Will Make an Impact By:We are looking for an exceptional Assembler 1 who can:Perform a wide variety of mechanical assembly operationsLeak test assembliesInspect parts and assemblies for appearance and cleanlinessPerform a variety of other repetitive tasksOther duties as assigned by supervisorSkills You Bring:What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:Good organizational and communication skills1+ Years Assembly experienceAbility to work from written instructions and established drawingsAble to work with a variety of hand toolsMust be able to work with a minimal amount of supervisionPreferred Skills: (Optional)Proficiency in Oracle and Lean manufacturing preferredHighly motivated and able to function in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of timeOccasionally moves/positions objects up to 20 poundsAbility to remain in a stationary position for 30% of the timeMust be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understandMust be able to exchange accurate informationThe ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Compensation and Benefits:Hourly Pay Range: $16.70 - 27.83 USD Hourly.
