To qualify for this role, you will have success in the following areas:4+years of experience recruiting in skilled labor environments, preferably within the utilities industry - both agency and corporate recruiters will be considered Bachelors degree is preferredSpanish fluency is a huge plus!Success in \"owning\" the role - from requisition to onboarding Proven success managing a high requisition load - up to 40 on average but could be as high as 60 at any given timeEffective communicator - success in building strong relationships with internal client leaders, teams and employees; the \"engager\"Paylocity experience is highly recommended ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsConduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesQualified candidates should submit a word resume to or apply directly through LinkedIn.
