Techical Support Specialist

Job DescriptionTitle: Technical SupportDepartment: Facility and TechnologyGeneral Purpose: The purpose of the Technical Support position is to provide technical assistance and support for all CSI technical infrastructures.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, configure, repair and test all technical infrastructures on office and student networks. Maintain proxy server. Prepare students IDs. Implement installation and enhancement of antivirus software; maintain security of technology. Provide additional technical support to students and instructors. Maintain inventory of all technical equipment and request new parts as needed. Perform specific software updates on school programs using cloning methods. Maintain user accounts. Perform on-call and help desk responsibilities. Enhance network connections, as needed. Perform facility duties as necessary. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Education and/or Experience : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with at least two years related field experience and required certificates.Benefits Offered:Health Insurance.
