Insurance Sales Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, analyzing their needs, and providing appropriate coverage options. Responsibilities - Analyze clients' insurance needs and suggest suitable policies - Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits - Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients - Assist with sales administration tasks - Provide benefits administration guidance to clients Requirements - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Prior experience in insurance sales is preferred but not necessary we provide training.
