About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Backoffice) to support our growing team. This role will serve as a critical link between Sales, Project Management, and Vendors, ensuring smooth communication, timely scheduling, and accurate documentation. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for arranging travel, meetings, and coordinating trade show attendance.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Support Project Management and Sales with documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
Manage vendor communication and maintain vendor records.
Schedule and coordinate travel, meetings, and trade show logistics.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and updates in collaboration with project managers.
Assist with proposals, contracts, and purchase orders as needed.
Maintain project files and ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible.
Provide general back-office administrative support to leadership and project teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate schedules across teams and with external partners.
Must pass drug screening and background check.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
Desired Skills
Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, or similar project management tools.
Prior experience supporting engineering, automation, or industrial projects.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP tools is a plus.
Event planning or trade show coordination experience.

Pay: $44,348.61 - $53,409.07 per year
