Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The position involves performing mechanical service tasks, conducting routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, and addressing HVAC-related needs for commercial buildings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, equipment repairs, system inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborative work with other team members and clear communication with clients will be key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering tasksExperience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systemsSkills in Inspection processes and techniquesFamiliarity with Automotive systems and mechanical operationsAbility to identify and resolve technical issues effectively and efficientlyStrong time management and organizational skillsRelevant HVAC certifications and licenses (preferred)Hands-on experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance (preferred)
