From clearinghouse enrollments to patient accounts, to insurance claims, our RCM team members help practices grow and succeed financially.Your Career Opportunity: The Revenue Cycle Success Manager will lead and manage a team of Revenue Cycle Managers with oversight of accountability for the day-to-day functions of their respective PracticeTek revenue cycle management team to ensure we operate as a best-in-class RCM SaaS solution, including timely and accurate claims processing, payment posting, AR management and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in managing and developing high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance with a specialized focus on customer success and satisfaction.This position is remote with occasional travel required.Areas of Accountability: Lead and develop a high-performing revenue cycle team, focusing on customer success, professional growth, team cohesion, and motivationImplement and drive strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue cycle operationsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targetsCollaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to implement and optimize processes and systemsAnalyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementFoster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the teamServe as a change agent, driving and managing change initiatives to improve organizational performance and customer satisfactionEnsure adherence to applicable SLAs, OLAs, and SOPsServe as a point of advanced escalation. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills.
