Waitress/Server

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and timely manner - Process payments and provide accurate change to guests - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest relations - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions. -Business hour- 11:30am - 9:00pm Lunch shift - 11:00am - 4:00pm Dinner shift - 4:00pm - 9:00pm Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.50 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
