Talent Associate
YOUR IMPACTYou will be a true generalist, owning meaningful work across the full People lifecycle. Rather than sitting in one lane, you will flex across talent acquisition, professional development, performance management, and HR operations depending on where the firm needs you most. You will be the connector between our Head of Talent and the broader consultant population, and your work will be visible and meaningful from day one.Talent acquisition (~50%)Own the end-to-end recruiting process for analyst and associate-level hires, from sourcing, screening and interviews through offer and closeLead our on-campus recruiting strategy at target schools, including planning and executing events, maintaining relationships with career offices, and cultivating candidates Manage the recruiting funnel in Rippling, ensuring data is accurate and reporting is timelyTrain consultants to conduct interviews effectively and represent the firm well to candidatesBuild and maintain our pipeline of experienced hire candidates through LinkedIn direct outreach, engagement with third party recruiters and other candidate sourcing channelsDevelop and enhance our recruiting materials, including case prep resources and firm value proposition content by candidate audienceTalent management and professional development (~30%)Support the onboarding experience for new hiresCoordinate and execute training programs across tenure levels, working with the Head of Talent to manage both internal facilitators and external vendorsProvide coordination and logistical support for the bi-annual performance review processSupport the bi-annual People Survey process, from survey launch and data collection through synthesis and presentationHR operations (~20%)Assist with HR administration in Rippling, including onboarding workflows, data updates, and basic reportingCoordinate logistics for monthly all hands Team Meetings, including agenda preparation and gathering inputs from firm leadersSupport weekly staffing coordination, including preparation for the staffing meeting and follow-up communicationsMaintain and update the contractor database, ensuring records are current and accessibleSupport ad hoc HR and People projects as they arise, including research, benchmarking, and process improvement initiativesYOUR GROWTHThis role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in People and Talent within a high-caliber professional services environment. You will get exposure to the full breadth of the People function in a way that would take years to accumulate at a larger firm. Actionist offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid premiums for medical (PPO), dental, and vision coverage.
