The team is committed to precision, consistency, and thoughtful execution at every level.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure seamless dining experiences for guests. Responsibilities include supervising customer service, and maintaining high food and beverage standards in alignment with the restaurant’s mission and values.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the front-of-house team, including captains, service assistants, hosts, runners, barbacks, and bartenders.Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the dining room during service hours.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and professionalism.Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.Implement and uphold health and safety regulations.Assist in and executing special events and private functions.Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.Manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, and standards of our restaurants.QualificationsProven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant. Michelin experience is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures.Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.A passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
