The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, specifically with Microsoft technologies, and will play a key role in creating applications. This role requires a proactive individual with leadership qualities and project management skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and create applications using Microsoft .NET, MVC (Model-View-Controller), C#, React, PHP, SharePoint 2016, and Office 365 (SharePoint Online and Power Platform).Act as a member of a delivery team by supporting teammates and collaborating with a “do what it takes” attitude to ensure success.Learn and apply best practices to document tickets, resolutions, release notes, code, and scripts.Work closely with other developers and analysts to ensure development meets requirements and delivers optimal performance to our end users.Participate in system requirements/design discussions and development plans.Attend and participate in all team ceremonies including standups, retros, planning and team meetings.Provide production support, fill ad-hoc data requests, and assist in the refinement of existing implementations in support of WWT's master data management applications.Actively participate in testing (regression testing, unit testing, code reviews, and assisting analysts with functional testing).Develop an understanding of the current tools, solutions, and data structures.Participate in the development and support of interfaces between applications.QUALIFICATIONS:At least 5 years of professional software development experience.Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, MVC (Model-View-Controller), C#, React, PHP, SharePoint 2016, and Office 365 (SharePoint Online and Power Platform).Proficiency in SharePoint development, PowerApps Development, C#, and .NET Framework.Experience with N-Tier application development framework.Familiarity with SQL Server (or other major Database Management Systems) using SQL and stored procedures.Client scripting skills (JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX).Experience with CSS, XML, XSLT, PHP.Angular, REACT, JQUERY, SharePointGood communication skills.Solid Internet and Intranet application development experience.Experience developing web parts/features for SharePoint 2016 and Office 365 Suites of applications (SharePoint Online), including using the SharePoint object model, SharePoint Designer, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Logic Apps, and Flow) or a willingness to learn.Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process using Agile Methodology.Experience with data modeling and object modeling.Experience being responsible for the overall project database design, application architecture, and application design.Experience producing Design Documentation and Functional Specifications.Clearance Requirements:SecretAbility to hold TS/SCIWant to learn more about Government Services?
