Backed by leading investors and in rapid growth mode, they're building an exceptional team in San Francisco to help shape the future of the business.As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a polished playbook, you'll help build it. If you're competitive, resilient, and excited by the opportunity to make an impact at an early-stage company, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.Qualify prospective customers and schedule meetings for the sales team.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving activity and pipeline goals.Partner closely with the founders and sales leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and sales processes.Capture customer insights and provide feedback to improve go-to-market efforts.Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.What We're Looking For:Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.Able to work in the office six days per week (this is non-negotiable).U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, recruiting, agency sales, or another high-volume outbound sales environment is preferred, though exceptional recent graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.Proven ability to meet or exceed measurable activity, meeting, or pipeline targets.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with excellent research and follow-through skills.Resilient, coachable, and motivated by direct feedback.Competitive, accountable, and driven to succeed.Excited by the opportunity to help build a sales function from the ground up rather than stepping into an established process.Benefits:$80,000- $100,000 base/ $130,000–$150,000 OTEUncapped commissionMeaningful equity above market; client said they will be very generous and best in classThis is an opportunity to join an early-stage, venture-backed company at a pivotal stage of growth.
