This on-site role is responsible for managing project documentation, schedules, costs, procurement, and coordination efforts while working closely with Senior Project Managers, Project Executives, and Superintendents. Our culture emphasizes teamwork, respect, accountability, and professional growth in an environment designed to help both the company and its people succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Executive in all aspects of project executionSupport the Superintendent with coordination and day-to-day project needsMaintain document control for all project records and correspondenceManage and oversee technology platforms and project management softwareAssist with schedule development, buyout, and pre-construction planningSupport procurement and inventory management of materials and servicesGenerate, process, and maintain project logs including RFIs, submittals, photos, and reportsPrepare, process, and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs)Prepare, process, and distribute SubmittalsAssist with project cost management, including budget tracking and reportingSupport change management processes, including documentation and trackingCoordinate material deliveries and verify timing, quantities, and delivery methodsGenerate, distribute, and archive meeting agendas and meeting minutesAssist with subcontractor meetings, OAC meetings, and pre-installation meetingsSupport quality control and quality management efforts throughout constructionManage and execute punch-out and project closeout activitiesQualifications5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management preferredPrior experience as a Project Engineer with on-site exposure strongly preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredStrong understanding of construction processes from pre-construction through closeoutExperience with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood-framed structures (multi-family, hospitality, student housing, senior living)Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environmentProficiency with construction management software and toolsWillingness to travel throughout Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Florida, typically within a 3-hour radius of AtlantaA professional review will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable lawsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000 - $125,000 per yearYear-End BonusMedical and Dental InsuranceLife and Disability Insurance OptionsRetirement Savings ProgramWeekly or Bi-Weekly Pay CyclePaid Time OffVolunteer Time Off (VTO)Paid Training and Professional CertificationsTechnology Package (smartphone or tablet)Company VehicleTravel projects with per diemWellness reimbursements or stipendsSafety equipment providedCompany events, annual trips, and outingsEmployee rewards, prizes, and company apparel vouchersCommunity and charity involvement opportunitiesWork ScheduleFull-TimeMonday through FridayWeekends and overtime as needed, based on project requirementsWork LocationOn-site at active project locationsPrimarily based in and around Atlanta, Georgia, with regional travel throughout the SoutheastEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
