ETC provides inbound program opportunities for high school students throughout the world to study in an American high school and live with an American family. ETC's outbound program offers students the chance to study and live in a foreign country. Education Travel & Culture is a unique, personalized organization whose first goal is to provide exceptional support for both students and host families through a network of local coordinators and dedicated office staff.,Help make a difference in the lives of exchange students! We need driven individuals with a servant heart to share the hosting opportunity within their networks, community, and beyond. We are looking for a part-time/supplemental income Local Coordinator to join our team and support our mission of spreading international goodwill.ETC Part-Time Local Coordinators (LC's)Work closely with exchange students, host families, and local high schools including monthly oversight of the exchange studentReceive full training, teaching and ongoing support from the Field ManagerShare the hosting opportunity through connecting with people in person, social media, or other means.Community-Minded Individuals with a servant heart such as Teachers, Volunteers, and Social Workers make great Local Coordinators!LC's may recruit host families through reverse networking, job postings, phone calls and outbound emails. You will be compensated for each host family that you recruit. Your hours will be based upon how many families you recruit and exchange students you oversee.This is an independent contractor position which enables you to work at home and within your own schedule.QualificationsAbility to problem solve and support students and host families during the students' programSelf-motivated, organized, well-networked within the communityDriver’s License and transportationAbility to pass a Background CheckRecruitment skills with the ability to screen potential leads (Nice-to-have)Compensation is dependent upon recruitment efforts and student oversight.
