Project Coordinator
OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our land development team. This position is responsible for key administrative, contractual, and project coordination tasks, including preparation and maintenance of proposals and scopes and maintaining accurate project records within our management system. The Project Coordinator will support project managers and land use planners by organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, preparing and tracking submittals; and coordinating with internal teams as well as local and state agencies to keep projects on schedule and moving through the review process. This position is full-time, in our Nampa, ID office, regular business hours M-F.Primary DutiesProvide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and engineering staffTrack project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple active projectsCoordinate submittals and agency interactions, including tracking review comments, resubmittals, and approvalsPrepare project-related applications and submittals to meet local agency requirementsAssist with preparation of scopes and contractsMaintain accurate project records within project management systemsDeliver and pick up documents as neededBe able to provide project-related notary servicesTrack invoice submittals and assist with accounts receivable follow-upQualificationsStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFamiliarity with civil engineering terminology, permitting processes, or land development workflows preferred but not requiredPreferred SkillsKnowledge of local permitting agencies and entitlement processesSALARY$60,000 - $70,000NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES: Ardurra does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
