We are seek expertise in several of the following:● Implementation & Deployment: configuration, deployment, and integration of new systemsand applications, including High Performance Computing, across enterprise, spanning Windows, Mac, and Linux.● Backend System Support: Update and replacement of existing systems and applications across the enterprise.● Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and design specifications.● Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support resolving complex problems with layers of IT systems.● Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and stability.● Security Management: Maintain system security, support security audits, and manage access policies to ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC V2 standards.● Mentoring: Guide and mentor staff, sharing knowledge and providing technical expertise within the company.● End User Support: Support users with day-to-day activities such as laptops, user accounts, printers, network connectivity.● Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to align goals and workflow with business needs.About You: You are a motivated, passionate technical problem solver with the human interaction skills of communication, cooperation, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm to learn.
