Security Officer Access Control
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, check credentials, and/or assist with visitor and contractor entry processes in accordance with site protocols for a fast-paced tech and telecom environment.; Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel, providing directions and assistance, and completing assigned reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns.
