The ideal candidate should be comfortable with bulk cooking and capable of preparing nutritious and delicious meals for hospital patients and staff. This position requires adherence to strict dietary guidelines and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available with a weekly pay of $16hr!Responsibilities:Prepare meals in accordance with specified menus, recipes, and portion sizes.Ensure all meals are prepared on time and meet quality standards.Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety.Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs and requests.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Benefits:Rotating weekends!Opportunities for advancement!Potential raise after approximately 90-days!Requirements:Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Availability for 1st or 2nd shift, with work hours ending no later than 8:00 PM.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for cooking and a commitment to quality and safety, we encourage you to apply for our Hospital Cook position.
