Perhaps most relevantly, our people are empowered to shape their careers and grow our business...and that's where you might come in!What You Will DoIf our culture seems like a fit for you, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Planning to join our Supply Chain Operations team and lead our S&OP process. Responsibilities will include Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Commercialization, and SOPs in partnership with our Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Insights and Plant Management teams.Responsibilities:Leadership and optimization of the Sales & Ops Planning and Fulfillment processes.Build and lead the growing team of demand, inventory and supply planners.Develop and execute integrated demand and supply plans to meet customer service expectations, inventory targets, and cost objectives.Collaborate with sales, marketing, insights, finance, logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure supply meets customer demand.Identify demand and supply patterns, trend changes, causal relationships, and main drivers behind baseline and promotional volume changes.Accountability for optimizing Inventory Management across the supply chain network of finished goods, packaging, and unique raw ingredients.Lead monthly S&OP meetings to align functions and stakeholders on the operational plan.Develop and maintain planning KPIs to optimize the function's effectiveness.Build and maintain reports and SOPs for driving execution to successful benchmark.Incorporate capacity planning and new product launch commercialization in the S&OP processes.Oversight of the planning tech stacks in partnership with IT, Finance, and SalesThe scope of this role may change as needed.Who You AreOur ideal candidate will have classical training and/or growth brand experience in supply chain operations planning.Qualifications:BA/BS degree required in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related fields.8-12 years of experience in a CPG supply chain planning and management role or related position, preferably with emerging brand experience.Exceptional people leadership and management skills - up, down, and lateral.Strong forecasting, planning, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail, organize, prioritize, self-motivate, and motivate others.Restless dissatisfaction with the status quo and a desire to network and/or research to find new solutions or learn best practices.Proficiency in the Demand Planning softwares, Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerBI, Google SuiteAPICS or IBF certification preferred.Located in our Union, NJ (metro NYC) headquarters Tuesday-Thursday, with remote working up to 2 days a week.Reports to VP of Operations, Deep BrandsBenefits• $130,000 - $135,000 base salary• Performance bonus (8%)
