This individual will be responsible for PR initiatives, media engagement, and high-profile moments, while ensuring alignment with the broader communications strategy.This role is a trusted partner in bringing communications strategies to life and elevating the organization's presence across sports, entertainment, and culture in Las Vegas.Responsibilities:Corporate CommunicationsLead and manage business PR efforts, including development of press releases, media pitches, and talking pointsServe as a point of contact for media, independently managing relationships, inquiries, and responsesPartner with senior leadership to support executive communicationsPublicity & Celebrity EngagementLead and manage publicity efforts tied to high-profile events and appearancesCoordinate directly with agents, publicists, and partners to drive coverage opportunitiesIndependently identify and pursue opportunities to maximize exposure within established strategies and prioritiesInfluencer & Media IntegrationPartner with marketing to develop and implement integrated influencer and media strategies tied to games and eventsOversee execution of creator and media experiences at the ballparkExercise judgment in identifying and turning on-site moments into earned media and social storytelling opportunitiesCommunications SupportTranslate high-level communications strategy into actionable plans and execution aligned with organizational prioritiesManage timelines, priorities, and media engagementTrack and analyze media coverage to provide insights to enhance ongoing communications effortsOperate as an experienced PR professional, managing communications campaigns and exercising sound judgment in media engagement, messaging, and response strategy within established organizational prioritiesQualifications/Requirements:4-7+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or publicityStrong writing skills and experience developing media materialsWilling and able to work a non-traditional schedule including nights, weekends and holidaysHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to execute quicklyComfortable working in a high-profile, fast-paced environmentExperience in entertainment or talent exposure is a plus, not a requirementThe A's Social Impact & Belonging Statement:Social Impact & Belonging are in our organizational DNA.
