Growth Marketing Manager

The Opportunity (In Office Position Only)We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer who knows how to drive leads in home services.Conejo Services is a highly rated, well-established whole-home service provider with deep roots in the community and a nearly 50-year history of white-glove service. You'll help scale lead generation across 7 service lines, own execution across multiple channels, and ensure we have clean, reliable attribution.You'll work directly alongside leadership as the person who drives execution and brings your own ideas and recommendations to the table day-to-day.This role is for someone who:Has actually run campaigns themselves and still wants toUnderstands how leads turn into booked jobs and completed revenueCares about cost per booking, booking rate, and revenue, not vanity metricsIs comfortable owning performance marketingComes with ideas, not just executes tasksWhat You'll OwnLead Generation & Campaign ExecutionExecute and optimize campaigns (with support) across:Meta AdsGoogle Ads and Local Services AdsYelpEmail, SMS, and outbound campaignsDirect mail and other offline channels as applicableContinuously improve:Cost per booked appointmentLead quality and lead quantityROI and revenue per bookingMarketing Ops & AttributionOwn lead attribution and tracking across all channelsEnsure ServiceTitan is clean, accurate, and usable for decision-makingManage and improve campaign tagging, call tracking, lead routing, and marketing tool integrationsIdentify and fix broken attribution, data gaps, and reporting inconsistenciesPerformance & OptimizationTrack performance across trades, campaigns, and channelsReport on cost per booked job, ROI, and revenue by sourceTurn insights into action quickly and proactively bring new ideas to improve resultsVendor & Cross-Team CollaborationWork with external vendors and hold them accountableExecute internally where it matters mostCollaborate closely with sales, operations, the call center/CSR team, and leadership to fill the dispatch board and improve booking ratesWhat We're Looking ForMust-Haves4–8 years in lead generation, growth, or performance marketingHome services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)Hands-on ServiceTitan experience (required)You've personally built and optimized campaigns, managed budgets, and improved performance over time and you're still energized by doing exactly thatStrong understanding of paid media for local services, lead tracking, and attributionYou'll Stand Out If You:Have managed multiple trades or service linesHave fixed complicated attribution or tracking beforeUnderstand how marketing connects to call center performance and revenueCan both execute and think critically about systems and dataBring a point of view — you don't wait to be told what to try nextThis Role Is NOT For You If:You've only managed agencies but never executed yourselfYou're ready to step back from executionYou don't have ServiceTitan experienceYou've never worked in home servicesWhat Success Looks LikeLead volume scales across all tradesCost per booked appointment improves while maintaining or increasing qualityAttribution is clean and trustedCampaigns are actively managed and continuously improvingMarketing, sales, and operations are alignedWhy This Role Is DifferentThis isn't a role where you inherit a team, manage up, and report on what others did.
