If you bring a strategic mindset, analytical expertise, and a passion for turning financial insights into informed business decisions, this role could be perfect for you!What You’ll DoLead end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, general ledger management, accounting policies, and documented procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAPEstablish and maintain internal controls; coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting; and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirementsOversee cash management, banking relationships, and working capital reportingLead finance systems and reporting tool improvements; support M&A, restructuring, and other enterprise growth initiativesDevelop, coach, and mentor accounting and finance team membersPartner with business unit Director of Financial Planning and AnalysisTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestonesQualificationsWhat You BringExperience That Drives SuccessBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, with at least 3 years in manufacturingDemonstrated experience leading month-end close and financial reportingPrior leadership experience managing teams and engaging with executive stakeholdersCPA or CMA certification, preferred Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizationsExperience leading finance system implementations or process transformationsPrior remote people-leadership experience, preferred Key Strengths & SkillsStrong knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reportingAbility to translate complex financial data into clear business insightsExperience building budgetsStrong internal control and audit management expertiseAdvanced Excel and financial systems proficiency; experience with ERP and BI toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively across functions and organizational levelsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgmentOur CultureWe build strong relationships—with teammates, partners, and customersWe take pride in knowing every product we build serves the purpose of protecting livesWe listen actively, coach frequently, and own our resultsWe foster innovation, value curiosity, and believe that experimentation is part of growthWe create a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone belongsWe take ownership of our work—quality and safety are at the core of what we doBenefits That MatterEmployee Ownership Program – You’re not just an employee—you’re an owner.
