POSITION SUMMARY
The Activities Coordinator will provide activities for guest’s enjoyment during their stay; including but not limited to various indoor and outdoor activities, poolside games, arts & crafts and coordination of holiday events.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate activities across all age-ranges
Provide a welcoming experience for Guests through Check-in promotions and welcome party as assigned
Ensure and maintain safety & security standards
Demonstrate creativity, flexibility and ability to work with all ages
Host bingo, movie night, ice cream social and other activities for the resort guests
Perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperation and work with a minimum of supervision
Act as the primary conduit for resort wide activities knowledge and information
Clean and maintain decks, pools, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Maintenance and cleaning duties assigned by your manager. E.g. towel light chemical cleaning, sweeping and trash pickup
Complete all reports legibly, drop cash collected on a daily basis with a bank count
Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Proven participation in clubs, sports, volunteerism, or extra-curricular activities strongly desired. Demonstrated experience interacting with children and families
Computer Skills: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
Other Requirements: Must have an outgoing personality and be able to interact with all guests. Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business
