This role oversees the full collegiate product portfolio, including rings, regalia, diplomas, covers, photos, and yearbooks. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering strong sales performance. Experience in the collegiate and/or alumni market is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic regional sales plans to achieve revenue targetsEstablish structured sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingLead, coach, and develop sales team members to consistently meet and exceed performance goalsMonitor key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to senior leadershipBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsIdentify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutionsResolve pricing, service, and delivery challenges to ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategiesSupport organizational initiatives and perform additional duties as requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher required3–5 years of progressive sales leadership experience in K–12, collegiate, or related industriesProven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales targetsExperience developing and executing strategic sales plansStrong leadership experience in coaching and managing 1099 sales teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, ethics, and integrityExperience in the collegiate and/or alumni market strongly preferred
