Technical Project CoordinatorLocation: Chicago - Remote JOB SUMMARYThe Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of cybersecurity and technology consulting engagements. Operating at the intersection of people, process, and technology, this role ensures project logistics, documentation, and scheduling run smoothly across multiple workstreams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain project plans, trackers, and status dashboards across cybersecurity and technology engagementsSchedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder touchpoints with client teams spanning Banking, Healthcare, Government, and ManufacturingTrack action items, risks, and issues; escalate blockers to the project or program managerPrepare meeting notes, status reports, and project artifacts tailored to client contextSupport resource onboarding and coordinate logistics across cross-functional project teamsAssist with invoice tracking, budget monitoring, and procurement documentationMaintain organized, version-controlled project documentation accessible to all team membersFlex into supporting areas outside your core role as business needs evolve — agility is expectedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree preferred — equivalent experience in a project support or coordination role is welcome1–3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role; consulting or tech firm experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication — comfortable interfacing with both technical and business stakeholdersCertifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a great to haveStartup-ready mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and evolving priorities
