This is an equal opportunity employer.These are 100% outpatient primary care roles within a modern critical access hospital system offering strong clinical resources and a collaborative, patient-centered culture. You will work alongside an experienced clinical team that includes 3 physicians, 6 APPs, 4 RNs (including RN managers), and dedicated 1:1 MA support, with your own office and 23 exam rooms per provider. In-office procedures are supported if desired, giving you flexibility without obligation.This full-time position offers a balanced, mission-driven environment where physicians enjoy predictable daytime hours and meaningful continuity care. Outpatient call is phone-only and shared across the regional primary care team in a well-distributed rotation.
