Production Associate

Summary: Responsible for production and quality of assigned operation. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform production operations according to established methods. Follow work instructions to perform production tasks. Operate production equipment in a variety of areas on the shop floor. Ensure part finish quality is to requirements. Complete production-related paperwork, signoffs as required. Document part countsin ERP system. Participate in CI and Lean-related activities. Cross train in other production areas. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Competencies: Customer focus. Teamwork. Focus on results. Listening Typical Educational/Experience Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Exposure to manufacturing environments/practices preferred. Qualifications: Ability to read and write English Math aptitude. Basic computer skills. Working knowledge of Lean principles and philosophies. Physical Requirements: Lift/Carry (lbs.): 15-45 lbs., Push/Pull (lbs.): 1-15 lbs.
