IT Systems Administrator

Serves as the Systems Administrator and primary technical support resource for the organization. Responsible for maintaining and supporting the Citys core IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network operating systems, email systems, and data center operations. Performs advanced systems analysis, manages Help Desk inquiries, and provides desktop, peripheral, and application support to ensure reliable and secure technology services across all departments. Assist City staff with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
